I can’t imagine a life without dogs. Growing up in an environment filled with furry friends - gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, parakeets, cats, dogs and horses - animals have always been a part of my DNA. I was a horse-crazy kid and was lucky enough to be able to compete actively in equestrian sports. Little did I know that my passion for horse training would lead me to a career in dog training.
Turning Passion into Profession
After graduating college I had the incredible opportunity to turn my love for training into a career. I began my professional journey with the renowned Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation, where I spent six years learning the ins and outs of dog training, specifically with guide dogs for the blind. This experience taught me the power of training extraordinary dogs that change lives. It was a deeply fulfilling experience, but what truly fills my heart with joy is the connection I share with my own dogs.
The Stellar Dog, LLC – Founded with Purpose
I founded The Stellar Dog, LLC to share my expertise and passion for dog training with pet owners so they, too, can enjoy a happier and stress-free life together with their dogs. With years of experience under my belt, I specialize in training pet dogs, helping them become the well-behaved, loving companions you've always dreamed of!
